How to Book1. Check availability: check that the Team you want to trek with still has places available. If your preferred Team is fully booked complete a Waitlist Booking Form. Teams book quickly so please book early. 2. Ensure that you read and understand our Booking Conditions: By paying your deposit you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Terms and Conditions of Booking and you agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions. 3. Complete this Booking Form AND Pay applicable deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $600 per person is required or full payment if booking is within 60 days of your Team departure date. On receipt of your booking form and deposit your Confirmation Pack will be sent to you. The Pack contains all the information you need to prepare for your trek plus a Personal Details Booklet that must be completed and returned to us immediately. 4. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS COMPULSORY: it is recommended that you arrange your Kokoda Travel Insurance this at time of booking. Arrange your insurance online, or contact us for insurance information. PayPal:Pay your $600* by PayPal – its safe, secure and our preferred payment option. *An additional $15.50 is charged for PayPal payments to cover the cost of the credit card and PayPal fees for this service.
